The Bodlein Library and the Museum of the History of Science

On Tuesday we had MORE guests - our grandparents arrived!

On the day they came, we walked into town to have lunch then my grandparents and I went inside the Bodlein Library and did an audio tour. One hundred thousand new books come to the library every week. Every single book published in the UK comes to the library.

We had a quiet day yesterday and today we took Nana to the Botanic Gardens and then she took me to the Museum of the History of Science. We did a tour and then we had a look around. Upstairs there was a giant cabinet with different instruments in it used for physics and electromagnetism. There were so many things. There was even a blackboard that Albert Enstien wrote on and it still had some of his sums on it. Some of the astronomers they told us about had different jobs in the day and looked at stars at night and still made many different discoveries.
