No Parents Allowed!

Today we visited a Science museum. Kids can interact with lots of different hands on exhibitions. These exhibits help to develop skills that they will need later on in their life. Parents are not allowed in the exhibitions because they want kids to find out things themselves.

Juliet went on the 2 to 4 exhibition. Phoebe and I went on the 7 to 12 exhibits. The 7 to 12 exhibit has the a communications section, a water section, a technology section and a television section and the human body section.

The 2 to 4 section has a water section, a maze, a sensing section and a building room.

We only have photos of Juliet's rooms.

  1. Oh wow, what fun! What things did you learn in your room?

What do parents do when they are not allowed in the exhibits? I think I would be sitting around panicking.

    2. I learnt more about the human body like how a baby develops in its mum and I learnt some sign language. There was a robot you could make do things in real life by changing boxes on the screen. Olivia

  2. No, they'd be having a quiet coffee, enjoying the peace.

This is a great blog, Livy. One thing though - it should have been "Phoebe and I went to the 7 to 12 exhibits". You don't say "Me went", you say "I went" so when you add Phoebe you say "Phoebe and I went".

  4. Olivia, can you please delete my last post. I thought I was sending a picture and not a link. You still do deserve a star.

  7. A hydrophysicist in the making. Mum told me she would be happy if you just got to see the Eiffel Tower.

  8. Looks like great fun Juliet! Jem and I are going to the science museum in Melbourne (I think you went when you were down here) during my school break. They have a dinosaur exhibition on there at the moment.

    1. I only do blog posts if I see interesting birds but I will tell you I dropped a chip on my foot and a sparrow flew down right in front of my foot and ate it.
