It has all the wires and pipes on the outside. The pipes are color coded. The blue pipes are air, the red pipes are escalators and elevators, the green is liquid and the yellow is electricity. Inside there's a children's playground, an art gallery a museum a cinema and more. Here is the view. There was also fountains outside. And finally on the bottom is what it looks like.(from a book because I can't find a picture on the phone that we took)
It certainly looks like a fun place but it's not the most beautiful building,that's for sure
