Sacre-coeur

Today we visited Sacre-coeur which is a beautiful church only completed in 1885 but to climb up you had climb up heeeeaps of stairs and it was 32 degrees so we were so hot but it was worth it because the view was great!

After that we had a huge debate on whether we would go on train tour or the cable car but in the end we decided to go on the train. Then we discovered that the cable car was so short.

When we finished the tour we discovered that you could use your metro tickets to go on the cable car. So we went on the cable car and it was actually quite a big lift down the mountain.

Then we had lunch at  restaurant and we had chicken and chips. Finally we went home.

This is Sacre-Cour
And this is us having lunch.
This is Juliet asleep on Jason on the train.

  1. What a wonderful time you've had in Paris! And you have this fabulous blog to remember it by. I'm really enjoying the blog - almost as much as if I were there with you.

  2. It looks a beautiful church; is it the one on a hill with a view back over the city? What did you have for lunch?
